There are various types of registration available at the Dubai Land Dept. DLD depending upon the property completion status:
- Oqood registration: this service is applied for properties which are under construction and the developer (As Seller) is offering a payment plan, therefore you will register the property as well and DLD will issue an interim sales certificate.
- Delayed sell registration: this service is applied for properties which are ready and the developer (As Seller) is offering a payment plan, therefore you will register the property as a delayed sell and DLD will issue interim sales certificate.
- Sale: this service is applied once the property is handed over to the owner and the customer has paid 100% of the purchase value then the final title deed will be issued owner’s name.
