This service is applied when the owner of the property is overdue and not willing to pay the outstanding, in this case seller can apply of termination of property, where seller is can retain upto 40% of paid value. Incase customer has paid more than 40% than below process will be applicable.

Maximum of the retain penalties as per project percentage:

1. If the project is constructed (80%) or more, we may retain (40%) of the Purchase Price.
2. If the project is constructed (60%) or more, we may retain (40%) of the Purchase Price.
3. If the project is constructed less than (60%) we may retain (25%) of the Purchase Price.
4. If the project is never constructed and will be cancelled for reasons beyond his control (30%) of the amounts paid to be retained.
